First Obstetrics Visit
Thank you for scheduling your appointment at Los Olivos Women's Medical Group. For information about the group, please see the Los Olivos brochure.
Please schedule an appointment at Los Olivos by calling or emailing the receptionist of the physician that you would like to see. Most physicians will schedule you for a pregnancy confirmation visit that includes an ultrasound for your first visit. You will receive a copy of the Los Olivos Pregnancy Book at your first obstetric appointment. Please complete the Genetics Questionnaire and bring it to your first appointment. If you have not been to Los Olivos in the past, please also complete the New Patient Questionnaire.
Start taking prenatal vitamins as soon as you are pregnant if you have not already been taking them. Please feel free to call the office if you are having any problems or concerns before your first appointment.
